App Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
Last Updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how UnimetaTV (“UnimetaTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you download, install, access, or use applications and related services published or operated by UnimetaTV that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Apps”).
This Privacy Policy applies to multiple Apps published by UnimetaTV. Individual Apps may provide different functions, request different permissions, or process different categories of information. 1.6 Approximate Location
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location for advertising purposes.
We may infer an approximate country, region, or city from the device’s IP address. Approximate location information may be used to:
Deliver region-appropriate advertisements or content;
Apply regional privacy requirements;
Determine language or market availability;
Detect fraud and invalid traffic;
Protect our systems; and

4. Advertising
Our Apps may display advertisements delivered through the UnimetaTV SDK and UnimetaTV’s advertising technology infrastructure.
Our Apps do not currently rely on third-party mobile advertising SDKs such as Google AdMob, TopOn, AppLovin, Unity Ads, or Meta Audience Network for their advertising integration. However, advertising requests may be transmitted by the UnimetaTV SDK or our servers to third-party demand-side platforms and other advertising partners.
Depending on applicable law, user consent, device settings, and the relevant App, advertisements may include:
Contextual advertisements;
Non-personalized advertisements; or
Personalized advertisements where legally permitted and appropriate consent has been obtained.
Advertising data may be used to:

We may share information with service providers that support:
Cloud hosting;
Data storage;
Content delivery;
Network infrastructure;

However, the disclosure of Android Advertising IDs, IP addresses, device information, approximate location, and advertising interaction data to DSPs or other advertising technology partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or cross-context behavioral advertising under certain privacy laws.
Users in applicable jurisdictions may have the right to opt out of:
Personalized or targeted advertising;
Cross-context behavioral advertising;
Certain sharing of personal information;
Certain advertising-related profiling; or
Certain transfers legally treated as a sale.
Privacy and opt-out requests may be sent to:
7. Legal Bases for Processing

Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving our Apps and advertising services;
Our legitimate interests in detecting fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic;
Compliance with contractual obligations; and
Compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Where consent is legally required for personalized advertising, access to an advertising identifier, storage of information on a device, or similar processing, we will request consent through an appropriate interface.
Users may withdraw or modify their consent where this option is available. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before consent was withdrawn.

Resetting or deleting the Android Advertising ID does not necessarily stop advertisements from being displayed. Users may continue to receive contextual or non-personalized advertisements.
The availability and wording of advertising and privacy settings may vary depending on the Android version and device manufacturer.
9. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

Applicable legal obligations;
Contractual obligations; and
Whether the information has been aggregated or de-identified.
Where reasonably possible, information is aggregated, de-identified, anonymized, or deleted when it is no longer required.
Advertising partners and independent data controllers may apply their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against:
Unauthorized access;
Unauthorized disclosure;
Loss;
Misuse;
Alteration; and
Destruction.

Access controls;
Authentication controls;
Restricted server access;
Security monitoring;

These countries or regions may have data protection laws that differ from the laws applicable in the user’s location.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Third-party DSPs and advertising partners may also process information in multiple countries or regions in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed specifically to children under the age of 13 or the minimum age established by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
We do not knowingly use the Android Advertising ID to provide personalized advertising to children.
Where an App is specifically directed to children, includes children within its declared target audience, or participates in a family-focused program, we will apply additional protections and disclosures required by applicable law and applicable platform policies.
These protections may include:
Disabling personalized advertising;
Restricting the collection or sharing of identifiers;
Using only advertising services permitted for child-directed applications;
Applying age-appropriate treatment to advertising requests; and
Obtaining parental consent where required.
Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information through an App may contact:
If we learn that information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete or restrict that information.
13. App Permissions
Different Apps published by UnimetaTV may require different Android permissions depending on their functions.
An App will request a permission only where it is reasonably necessary for an enabled feature, advertising operation, security function, or service.
Permissions used by a particular App may be described:
In the relevant Google Play listing;
Through an in-App disclosure;
In the Android permission request interface; or
In an app-specific notice.
Users may review or revoke permissions through their Android device settings. Some App functions may not operate correctly when a required permission is disabled.
Where an App requests access to sensitive information or permissions that users may not reasonably expect, we will provide an appropriate prominent disclosure and request consent where required.
14. Third-Party Advertisements, Content, and Links
Our Apps and advertisements may contain or display links to third-party:
Websites;
Applications;
Products;
Services;
App stores; or
Other online content.
UnimetaTV does not control the privacy, security, content, or data-processing practices of third parties.
When a user interacts with an advertisement, clicks a third-party link, installs another application, or leaves one of our Apps, the relevant third party’s privacy policy and terms may apply.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information or interacting with their services.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on the user’s jurisdiction, the user may have the right to:
Request information about personal information we process;
Request access to personal information;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of certain information;
Request restriction of certain processing;
Object to certain processing;
Withdraw consent;
Request data portability;
Opt out of targeted advertising;
Opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information;
Appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request; and
Submit a complaint to a competent data protection authority.
Because our Apps may not require user accounts and primarily process pseudonymous device and advertising information, we may not always be able to associate stored information with a specific individual.
We may request reasonable information to verify a request and identify the relevant records.
16. Data Access, Deletion, and Opt-Out Requests
Users may request access to, deletion of, or information about data controlled by UnimetaTV by contacting:
To help us locate relevant records, the request should include, where available:
The package name of the relevant App;
The name of the relevant App;
The type of request;
The current Android Advertising ID;
An App-scoped, installation, or SDK-generated identifier shown within the App;
The device type and operating system;
The country or region where the App was used; and
The approximate date or period during which the App was used.
Users should not send passwords, payment information, government identification documents, or other sensitive information by email unless specifically requested through a secure process.
Because the Android Advertising ID can be reset or deleted, we may not be able to locate historical information associated with a previous Advertising ID.
We may retain certain information where reasonably necessary to:
Comply with legal obligations;
Detect or prevent fraud;
Maintain security;
Resolve disputes;
Enforce agreements;
Maintain accounting records; or
Protect against abusive or repeated requests.
Information independently controlled by a DSP or other advertising partner may need to be accessed, deleted, or opted out of directly through that partner.
17. No User Accounts
Unless otherwise stated in an individual App, our Apps do not require users to create a UnimetaTV account.
Where an App does not provide an account-creation function, there is no App account to delete. Users may still request deletion of data controlled by UnimetaTV using the contact process described in this Privacy Policy.
Where an App introduces account creation in the future, we will provide the applicable account-deletion options and update the relevant disclosures before or when that functionality becomes available.
18. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:
Changes to our Apps;
Changes to the UnimetaTV SDK;
Changes to our advertising services;
Changes to our DSP or advertising partner relationships;
Changes to our data practices;
Changes to legal requirements; or
Changes to Google Play or other platform requirements.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
